Molly was recommended by a friend as we were relocating and needed an agent that could handle showing houses virtually. She was awesome and went and videotaped 6 houses and we put offers on 5 of them. When we finally had lucky number 5 accepted she kept in touch and is helping coordinate the entire house being painted. We would definitely recommend Mollie Majors to anyone relocating to Tennessee.

Mollie was absolutely phenomenal! She gave us great advice on what to do as well as what probably wasn't necessary to do to sell our home quickly. I tend to overthink and she guided us through the process with the crazy market right now and let the sellers come to us. She helped us set our asking price - and we got nearly $25k above that. The house showed 39 times in 2 days and we received 15 offers. It was over so quickly, thanks to Mollie!
